Abstract submission:

The Conference invites an extended abstract of 400-500 words from prospective presenters. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the paper to be presented. Author’s details captured in a short bio should also be submitted.

Once the abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee, prospective presenters will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts and notification of date as well as instructions on how to prepare and submit the full papers. Final acceptance will be based on the full-length paper to be presented at the conference.

We encourage early submission of abstracts and papers to facilitate registration and travel arrangements.

The main language of the conference is English. However, papers in French will be considered provided presenter can speak both English and French, as no translation will be provided. Participants from Francophone countries who want to submit a paper in French should provide their abstracts in English.
